Julia Taylor, President of the Greater Milwaukee Committee, will be joining us to talk about the Talent Dividend. What is the Talent Dividend you ask, why let me tell you:

The Talent Dividend (Link: PDF) is an initiative designed to increased educational attainment in the Milwaukee Region. The national organization CEOs for Cities have calculated that, for Milwaukee, a one percentage point increase in educational attainment will translate to between $1.2 and $1.5 billion in total income for the region. To help increase this attainment, there is a particular focus on high school diplomas and helping people with some college finish and get their 4-year degrees.

As thought leaders, business people and overall members of the community, this initiative is critical to our long-term success. Julia will share her thoughts on the concept, it's impact on Milwaukee and how we can engage and participate.
