Technology provides many possibilities for people to launch an idea
without the help of a company, publisher, financial backer, etc..  It
also offers lots of distraction, an assumption of promise (if I use
this, the result will be this), and a diminished true interaction
between people.  The good news is, all options are available, and when
balanced wisely, the results can be beyond anything possible before.

Jon Mueller has spent most of his life watching people, including
himself, spread their ideas to the world.  For ten years, he ran an
independent record label, was a digital media professional, and is now
general manager at 800-CEO-READ, a company that connects business
ideas with people who need them.

Through that experience, he has seen incredible success stories, and
